PAL operates more domestic sweeper flights to ferry OFWs to home provinces

The PAL Group (Philippine Airlines and PAL Express) continues to operate more domestic sweeper flights in order to fly OFWs to their home provinces.

Today, the carrier will be operating sweeper flights from Manila to Davao, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Bacolod, Legaspi, and Dumaguete. It will also operate flights between Cagayan de Oro and Tacloban; and Cagayan de Oro and Bohol.

Yesterday, both airlines also operated domestic sweeper flights between Manila and Cebu, Tacloban, Iloilo, and Bacolod, ferrying a total of 1,693 passengers.

The sweeper flights were arranged by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) of the Philippine Government.
