PAL prepares for re-opening of regular flights with simplified inflight service

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has been preparing for the resumption of regular scheduled passenger flights and one of the preparation process is the simulation of a simplified inflight service which lessens the number of contact points.

However, a simplified service does not mean that the airline is bringing down the quality of its services. A simplified inflight service which include food and beverage services, passenger engagement/communication, and dealing with inflight situations, just means that there would be less contact points between the crew and passengers, in adherence to certain health and safety protocols.

All these are now being carried out by the airline as a "new normal" will definitely "kick-in" once PAL resumes its regular scheduled passenger flights.
