The PAL "Love Bus" A350-900 touched down in Clark from London at around 12:45pm today, July 17. The rerouting was due to the covid-19 testing limitations in Manila. Passengers were informed of the rerouting allowing them to book hotels in Clark for their quarantine.

PAL's first London - Clark flight

Flight PR721 is actually a scheduled London - Manila direct flight but in this case, the rerouting was necessary as the Manila airport can no longer handle the number of passengers to be tested. These passengers are mandated to undergo testing and quarantine upon arrival.

Since its reopening, PAL has used Clark for some of its arriving international flights which include Taipei, Barbados, and London. The airline has also operated flights to Davao and Bacolod from Clark.
