Conglomerate San Miguel Corp released the proposed design of the New Manila International Airport to be located at a 2,500 hectare area at Bulakan, Bulacan. This was after SMC remains unopposed in a Swiss Challenge after it proposed the airport to the Department of Transportation as a solution to have a bigger airport gateway to the Philippines.
The NMIA will have 4 parallel runway and can handle up to 100 million passengers every year. The project will cost Php 734B. Below are the pictures of the initial design from San Miguel Corp.
