Is it real or not? There had been many "bogus" airlines in the past that would create social media accounts and posting pictures of "their" aircraft, but obviously all photoshopped from other airlines. Lately, another airline surfaced, Xploreasia. Another surprising thing is it came out in the former South East Asian Airlines (SEA Air) website. If you will check their website, you will see the picture posted above.
Unlike those bogus airlines, this one appeared in the website of a former legit airline that used to fly Philippine skies before being bought by Tiger Airways Philippines and then Cebu Pacific later on.
With this, do we see the return of SEA Air in the form of Xploreasia Airways? Well here is what we know so far:
One thing we can say is the Philippine domestic market and nearby regional flights are now being dominated by the low cost airlines, and should this be spreading its wings, it will be the fourth low-cost airline in the Philippines to operate. We would not really consider PAL Express yet as a low-cost airline, until such time that they will do a full rebranding
For now, everything will remain a speculation until she finally flies or until we see a geniune picture of the Xploreasia A320.
