In anticipation of the large volume of passengers traveling to and from their provinces during this year's All Saints Day / All Souls Day (Undas), flag-carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) is reminding passengers flying on the said period to arrive at their designated airport terminals 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights and 2 hours prior to departure schedule for domestic flights.
The peak season is usually from October 25 to November 4 but may even extend a few more days after. Passengers are also reminded to have their passports and valid government-issued IDs ready for presentation at all times.
For better convenience, PAL also encourages its passengers to check their flight status and terminal assignments before heading to the airport. They may also check-in via mobile or web or at airport kiosks (available only at NAIA terminal 3, Cebu, Bangkok, and Caticlan) to avoid long lines.
PAL also reminds passengers to be mindful of prohibited check-in and carry-on items. The list can be viewed at the PAL website for everyone's information.
